 　KISCO has acquired the certification
        of Environmental
      Management System "ISO 14001" as of December 25, 2003.
    
    
 
      
　
    
    
 
      
 　The company has carried out the corporate-wide
        program to 
        acquire the certification since March 31, 2003 when the Chairman
        of KISCO LTD., Mr. Yoshinori Kishimoto, declared 
        kick-off of the challenge. This certification
        granted by LRQA, the
        ISO examination and registration agency, covers 13 sites of the
        company consisting of both Headquarters at Osaka and Tokyo, each
        sales branch at Kobe, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Kagoshima, Sendai and
        Sapporo as well as Osaka Technical Station, Tokyo Creative 
        Station, Noda Technical Station and Kyomachibori Warehouse in 
      Osaka City and Ichihara Warehouse in Chiba Prefecture.
    
    
 
      
　
    
    
 
      
　KISCO will, as a specialized
        enterprise of advanced 
        materials, keep committing to environment protection activities 
        through such development as Direct Molding System, an energy and
        resources saving production system beneficial to environment 
        protection, promoted by Composite Material Division as well as 
"Ecopeeler", a Semiconductor Process Chemical which uses only 
environmentally gentle agents or chemicals, and other devices or
chemicals. The company will also promote planning, development and

        level and each division level, and also construct and manage Environmental
        Management System

shall be subject to review whenever necessary for the sake of
